Petticoat:
1. Pleat one length of petticoat material. Join edges, gather top and glue either on edge of crinoline or JUST below waist.

Skirt:
1. Cut two 3"x12" pieces from printed material.

2. Hand pleat and glue onto crinoline (lst layer), making edges meet in back.

3. 2nd Layer, glue sides together, gather top and slide on doll, sew shut around waist.

   4. Pick up skirt where
   desired, and pin in place
   with corsage pins. Then
   spray to hold with fabric
   spray.

   5. Add *faux* layers
   of petticoat as desired
   to fill in gap (as shown
   to the left).
