After assembling doll and attaching to stand and BEFORE putting
on pantaloons ... I took a round section of flesh colored fimo,
flattened it out, and shaped it like a crinoline cage base. I only
went to mid thigh as your petticoat will cover this, and the fimo
acts as ONLY a base to build your dress on.

Recap: Assemble doll, Attach doll to stand, shape fimo base,
bake in 170 degree oven for 10-20 minutes DEPENDING ON
your oven temp!!

Now you are ready to dress in pantaloons, petticoats etc.
