Soon, at Crystal Lake, there will be a Houseboat Casino. It is owned by Smilin' Jack and his wife, Sunnie.

Smilin' Jack used to be a used car salesman and bought the houseboat with the intention of making it into a gambling houseboat. He and Sunnie got the used boat to Crystal Lake and have begun to renovate. The contracter has been very slow and it has not gotten done for the Grand opening of the trailer park. But hopefully soon!

Sunnie likes to swim and sun bath at the lake but she burns easily.

She and Jack have already hired a singer for the casino, Mae West. Mae is earthy and sometimes makes Sunnie a teeny bit jealous when Mae flirts with Jack but she figures that she'll have her chance when she hires the bartender!!
