outlook express faqs Adding signature line 1) Go to outlook express 2) Left Click on the word Tools on your Toolbar (usually on top of the screen) 3) Left Click on options 4) Left Click on the signature tab 5) Left Click the word NEW and your cursor should start blinking in the lower box (editbox) this is where you type your signature line -such as example: Linda proud supporter of the mini doll list or whatever you choose to write 6) once done typing your signature click okay (as a side mention there is a line on top of that window that says add signature to ALL outgoing mail that you can put a check mark in to have your signature do it all the time automatically-however I do not check that box because I don't put the signature on everything) 7) Once you click okay on #6 above your window should close and you are done adding your signature NOW if you chose not to put the check mark in the box to have the signature line added automatically -what you need to do is the following: 1) Type your email as you usually do and when you come to the end where you would normally type your signature- left click on the word Insert on your email window toolbar (above your email) 2) Left Click on the word Signature-and if you have done everything correctly above this should add your signature to the end of the email Finding a persons private email addy
